Woking CFR team presents scheme overview to the Woking Rotary Club
A representative of the team met with the Woking Rotary Club to give a talk about the scheme and to share the longer term vision for improving coverage in the Borough. Simon Ramm says:
“The Woking Rotary Club has a long and distinguished record of providing support, funding and humanitarian services both in the local community and much farther afield. We wanted to meet with them to benefit from their expertise and to get their honest feedback on the Woking CFR scheme. I was made to feel extremely welcome and met some super people alongside receiving several offers of help and advice. They also very kindly made an immediate and generous donation which will enable us to purchase a full set of clothing for one of our newly qualified CFRs. I’d like to thank everyone at the club for allowing me the opportunity to present to them and I look forward to working with them in the future.”
