December 2010
Woking team busy during snowy December!
Once again the Borough was blanketed by heavy snow during December which, whilst being welcome for some, did cause problems - especially with the roads. This made it more challenging for the Ambulance Service to reach some patients in the shortest possible time.
The Woking CFR team worked hard to provide additional coverage and together contributed over 200 hours. During this time they attended nearly 80 emergency incidents to provide urgent care and first aid where needed.
